Small change for mankind, a huge one for me

I’ll be honest with you… it is getting hard to write this blog. The problem is I was not sure in the beginning that I can write something, actually we gotta stop right here. Because that was my main concern. I didn’t want to just write something and the end, I wanted to be informative and entertaining – at least as much as I can. So, first I wrote one blog, then waited another day to write another blog just to make sure I’m actually able to sit down every night and create something great. Okay maybe great is too strong let’s say something good… Deal? So right, I was making sure that I’m capable of writing, hence everything you read here happened at least 1.5 days ago. But I want to change that. My plan is to publish this blog tonight – which is last night for most of you – and publish our Sunday on Monday morning. Morningish. The overall plan is to publish everything till next day 10am, but I believe in small steps, so I think the next blog will be out by 11am Monday.

This blog sadly stops here, because yesterday we just had a huuuuge walk in the city to find a market which we didn’t find in the end, but we did end up in an enormous Auchan seriously the place was almost the size of Hungary.
We had some bakery staff, that is allegedly a popular thing in Lublin unfortunately I don’t remember its name – yeah it is me being informative… --  I only know the origin of the food because I asked a random guy –  who was putting that thing in to his paper bag – whether that staff is any good and then he started telling me all this interesting thing of the food. I was quite surprised, although I shouldn’t have been! I promise in a future blog I will talk about Polish people because they are interesting!

So that was yesterday/the day before yesterday/ooor if you read this in 2022 the day befooore nevermind…

I hope you all doing great and ready for next week!

See y’all tomorrow,

Almos

P.S: I know the quote in the tittle is completely messed up, but I though it sounds better this way.
