Getting The Translation to Get Vaccinated
Yesterday we had a pretty action packed day. Finally!
We we got up Sari had/hadn’t an online class, I couldn’t really follow, but for some reason the university doesn’t inform us. It’s almos like a surprise every week wether our classes going to be online or not — her classes, I’m done with in-person classes.
Anyways, I was saying; while she had her class I cooked lunch: mushrooms with chicken, rice and some cheese sauce. It wasn’t prefect, but I had eaten worst in my life haha.
After our lunch was the time when things got exciting! We had to pick up the translation of our vaccinations’ or proof of our vaccination, as I told you earlier we — Sari’s mom — found one of the nicest translators in Warsaw, Klari who even gave us discount on the translation! We really appreciate it and all the kindness we got from her!
To pick up the papers we took a smooth tram ride, a 25 minutes tram ride — if you were wondering how big Warsaw is. Than we had to find the translator office, which was in a big apartment block’s apartment. We got our papers everything was perfect, they were super kind, even gave us their business card if we needed some translation again — I’ll share with you their details wether you would need a great translator in Warsaw.
After we left we got on a tram, and a bus which took as to the university. There we gave the translation to the operators(?) at the university’s health center called CenterMed(?). The lady was very nice and helpful, she was like ‘what are you guys doing tomorrow?’ Wow! We gonna get the vaccines a bit earlier than we thought. Sooner the better I guess. I also asked the lady how the paper gonna look like we get — worried about needing it translated again — and she almost gave me a Zidan, she erupted pretty fast; ‘it’s gonna look the same like this, stupid people came up with stupid rules!’ I kinda agree with her, however if you think about it I’m gonna get vaccinated payed buy Polish tax payers, although I do pay taxes after the crap we buy here requiring a translation for the vaccines gives a little money back to the country. I don’t like it, but I think it kinda makes sense.
After we she checked all the papers and got our appointment, we headed home. On our way we stopped at Sinsay(?) I don’t know the reason why, thanks God my phone had enough juice in it to play Temple Run 2. I discovered that game again, and I love it. I used to play that game thru high school, and it brought back some nice memories.
The Palace of Culture and Sciences — it looked much better in person! |
From the shop we walked pass the Palace of Culture and Sciences and it looked great in the misty fog. When we got home we were pretty pleased with our day, we were pretty effective I gotta say.
Today’s blog ends here, because we need to get going some vaccines are waiting for us!
Take care and have a good day!
Almos
