What An Epic Day!

 Sooo, yesterday was freaking amazing!

The day didn’t start like a hyper interesting one, however after lunch shit got real! Actually lunch was pretty epic as well! I’ve probably written about how my diet has shifted from extreme meat eater to something what is closer to vegetarian than anyone would’ve ever thought. I kinda feel like I had enough meat, however my main problem with meat is that I hate to prepare it… I rather eat veggies than prepare some meat. Anyways the point is I’ve started looking for alternative lunch options. Not so long ago either I found or my friend Mesi — are you still reading my blog?😛— showed me a recipe for chickpea fritters. The recipe was pretty good, the final product tasted good, although I had a feeling it could be better. So yesterday we spiced up things a little bit. We added egg to the original ingredient list and oh boy, it turned out great! One of the best dishes we have ever came up with!

After we finished our lunch we played some cards to burn some time until we had a date with Ola. The plan was to meet up at Rondo ONZ and walk together to the Palace of Culture and Science toooo. What do you think we did? If you you are coming from Instagram you probably already know, but anyway, we did some ice skating there! I’m telling you it was a blast!

When we got to the place there was a huge line in front of the rental bunk, seemed like everyone came to skate at 1800. Especially those who had 40 or 38 sized feet because all of the skate that sized we rented out, so we had to rent bigger ones than our size was. Apart from this hiccup and the fact Sari’s skate had the worst blades ever, the runners were smooth as a baby’s butt. Luckily mine and Ola’s were fine so we had no wobbly problems. After something like half an hour the number of people plummeted, plus we got into the rhythm and we really had a great time on the ice. Except Sari. She was like a uncoordinated baby deer trying to get across some huge bushes. After an hour of so the girls had enough, so we had to move on. — Oh, and the prices if you are interested: you have to pay 50 zloty deposit for the skates and there are no entrance fees! It was basically completely free! How epic is that?!

So, when we left the ring we were starving and a bit cold, so we were looking for something to eat. We found a Pizza Hut near so we gave them a last chance. Last time their pizzas were okay, but nothing special, so I was a but sceptic. I ordered a beer with mojito in it and a Supreme pizza. Its name was supreme not the pizza. The pizza was okay, but still nothing special! However what it was is expensive! Ola told us the price we payed was the price of an average pizza; seems like pizza in Poland is way more expensive than it is in Hungary! — In case you were wondering the mojito beer was epic! Even tho it didn’t really taste anything like beer, it was pretty good!

If yesterday couldn’t get any better; after lunch we met up with Julia for a beer at a random bar. We had some really nice conversations with the best background music I’ve ever headed! I saved on song calledBad Decisions by Purple Disco — or something similar.

I think I have proved it when I claimed yesterday to be an epic day, right?

I hope you also had a great day, take care till next time.
